While Design Director at Madison Square Garden, he led his team to the rebranding of the The Garden's many Sports & Entertainment brands, including the New York Knicks, The New York Rangers, New York Liberty, and Radio City Music Hall.

In 2003, Raul ventured out on his own and started 343 Creative. Now 6 years later, Raul and his team have worked with clients ranging from Sports to Entertainment, utilizing his EVOLVE YOUR BRAND™ methodology.
